It can be surprisingly difficult to get an AI to produce animals in an accurate and pleasant way, without them looking like they came out of a centrifuge or some other machine grinder! Cats are no exception to this rule. We tried a variety of commands to make the art generator produce directed output rather than something random, this included words such as playful, happy, alone amongst others in an attempt to make them look less angry in some cases. The texture of the cats fur comes out spot on correct, with direction, thickness and colour - even patterns within the fur making the cats distinct is amazing. The eyes are often extremely feline too - with a distant gaze as though the cat is upto mischief. The ears and (more often than not) the nose is correctly sized, positioned and shaped. You can see we got one cat which looked like it would be sniffing out those AI mice using a bright red clown style nose! Head shots were the best in our experience - although a cat lover with a pet perhaps would create even more artistic, cute or accurate images.
