Cities of New York and Hong Kong as Cityscapes of the Future

Cityscapes do EXTREMELY well when created via an artifical intelligence. We think they are easier to draw in an artistic way because of the basic simplicity of the shapes involved when compared to those of faces or animals. Adding in the word - lights - gives that sense of realisim even when trying to create art in a futuristic style rather than a current portrait. The most effective creations are those with towering sky scrapers rather than smaller buildings such as those you might find in a UK city. The larger buildings will naturally contain more lighting and in certain places this applies to both the inside and outside of the structures, for both advertising and eye catching purposes. What we have here is 6 images in three groups. The first group of two pics shows an unnamed, therefore random, city - it clearly demonstrates the AI's ability to generate something from scratch, in this case just the word city is enough to get it painting buildings and sky scrapers. The second two are of Hong Kong - can you tell? They have had the futuristic filter applied to give them that distant in time look rather than how they might be appearing right now. Having said this, HK is full of lights and loads going on anyway. For me, the island and the shape of some of the structures clearly demonstrate the AI is modeling its output on the real city. Lastly we have New York. Not quite as distinct as the Hong Kong images, but the shape of the tower blocks certainly gives the game away. Perhaps the addition of the Statue of Liberty may help, although I did expect that to appear anyway to be honest. Maybe it would if I kept re-sending the prompt command.

A randomly generated AI city scape.
A second attempt at the same command.
Hong Kong in the future.
You can almost imagine the Hong Kong cable car coming down the hillside.
New York city in the future at night time.
We should have done one with the statue of liberty.
