Coral Reef AI Generator Art

Vibrant colours on an ocean coral reef are perfect for the AI to go to town with when generating some coral reef imagery. In the first generation we got a mainly pinky purple smooth coral seemingly growing amongst smaller corals on a rocky outcrop which is largely hidden from view. The shape of these corals is absolutely typical of the real thing and is therefore a fantastic rendering for the purpose of this piece of artwork, which in our view is easily of high enough quality to print and display on a wall. What looks like floating sponges in the second one are quite a surreal addition to the ecosystem! Next we thought adding a few fish into the reef would give it a more natural look, so a quick change to the prompt in MidJourney with a new imagine command and lo and behold we have fish! Again, the AI has chosen the vibrant colours we would normally expect to associate with a beautiful and healthy reef. The 4th image shows a desert island coral reef as seen from above - with lighter pale blue water marking the shallower boundary where the shelf drops off to deeper depths. It is easy to look at the next two images and see yourself sitting on the beach looking over the corals as the tide has gone out and the ocean waves are gently lapping over their tops and creatures hide awaiting the tide to turn!
